Strawberry-Banana
The combination of thick banana purée with juicier strawberry makes a real smooth… euhm… smoothie. Its fine flavour reminds you of Spring – the perfect time to enjoy strawberries.
3½ crushed strawberries
¼ pureed banana
2½ pressed apples
3 pressed grapes
¼ squeezed orange
1 spoon blackcurrent puree

- Even though, botanically speaking, a strawberry is not a real fruit, it has all of the nutritional characteristics of a fruit. A hundred grams of strawberries contain at least half the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Just like this smoothie! Highly recommended for your diet.. and of course, very, very tasty.
